Founder

Hello! My name is Melody, and I am a high school student. I founded Be My Buddy after my own experiences with my brother with special needs. I witnessed firsthand the struggles children with special needs have faced during the pandemic, specifically the lack of social interactions that many of these children once heavily relied on. I hope that Be My Buddy will foster friendships between high schoolers and children with special needs, as well as bring support to families during the pandemic.
